Packaging

The packaging used by our company is made from fully recyclable materials , such as recyclable paper , string , bubble wrap, pan and box so that the product  is to be delivered safely , in good condition.

Shipment

GREEN N BLU company delivers all its products by courier or transport, whichever selected by the customer to the shipping method during the order.

Depending on the way you have selected, the total final cost of your order is calculated. This cost will be used for the payment of your order and will be included in the order confirmation.

Delivery

Pick up your order from our store, Meliou 28, 24500, Kyparissia, Greece, during working days and hours i.e. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00, excluding holidays.

In case you wish your order to be dispatched to an indicated delivery address, the delivery will be carried out:

By a partner transportation company, i.e. DHL Express for international deliveries and ACS Courier for deliveries in Greece. Our company and its partners take all necessary steps to ensure the timely delivery of the order to the buyer based on the basic delivery schedule of each transportation company. We cannot guarantee neither the arrival time, nor the exact delivery time of the ordered goods, as it depends entirely on the transportation companies that we collaborate with. Our company is not accountable for any delays caused by force majeure or unexpected events or events beyond its control. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and, from that point on, the liability lies with the buyer subject to article 524 AK. The transportation cost is defined by the pricing policy of each transportation company, which is solely responsible for shipping charges and which may alter the relevant prices at any time. GREEN N BLU is not liable for any such pricing change.

 

In case you exercise the right of rescission under article 11, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team through the Contact us section, so that our partners can undertake the transportation of the products. In this case, the consumer will bear the return cost, but GREEN N BLU will bear the responsibility of transporting the order from the delivery address to the carrier. Otherwise, the consumer bears both the cost and the responsibility of transportation if he/she chooses to return the products with a carrier of his choice. In case of return of defective products, return must always take place after communication with our company, which undertakes both the responsibility and the transportation cost for the return of the products to the carrier.

Please note that in case of collection from our store, as well as in the case of cash on delivery, our company retains ownership of the purchased goods until full and complete payment of the purchase price.

General Specification for all deliveries: Please note that deliveries are carried out only during working days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) between (9.00 – 19.00 local time-except in the case of collection from our store and with estimated delivery time within 10 working days.

IMPORTANT

Upon delivery of the ordered products by courier or carrier, we advise all customers to check:


· The number of items delivered if it corresponds with the number on the invoice.

· The product names on the box if it is the same as those mentioned in the invoice.

· If the package has been tampered with in some way.

Any damage or loss of the package or product should be reported immediately. Timely communication with the customer service center at 27610-22991 for any problems, it is useful to report the damage and replenish products. To ascertain the damage caused during transport of the products should all evidence documented with photographs in digital form so that we can convey to the courier company or carrier with which we work.

Shipping Costs Abroad 

European Union Place of Residence -excluding Greece- selection (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Holland, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland) or Other Countries (for customers outside the European Union)

The shipping cost for orders abroad will be calculated automatically in the shopping basket page (depending on each order’s volume & weight features) and will be included in your order request before the completion and payment of your purchase (delivery by DHL Express). In addition to the above costs, in the case of orders delivered to remote areas or to hard-to-reach regions there is an “inaccessible destination fee” which will be charged as per the transportation company fees. You can easily check whether your shipping address is considered a hard-to-reach region from your shopping basket.

Furthermore the upper transport costs for orders delivered to destinations inaccessible, or otherwise inaccessible areas, there will be an additional "charge inaccessible destination".

For deliveries outside the European Union, you may submit a wish request, by contacting our Customer Care Team via the Contact Us page section. Once you have selected “Other Countries” as your place of residence and your request is verified through a special procedure and deemed feasible, the approval of your order will be confirmed and your product(s) will be shipped. In case you reside in a country outside the European Union and desire delivery within a European Union country, please select delivery within the European Union and “Other Countries” as a place of residence and your order will be processed as a matter of course.

Free shipping

Free shipping is only valid for orders over 80 €, including VAT for deliveries within Greece .

Free shipping excludes deliveries to “inaccessible destinations” and hard-to-reach regions within the European Union, where there will be an additional “inaccessible destination fee depending on the currency in which the transaction is carried out.

If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave an information note with instructions on how to collect your order. In this case, the risk of loss or damage of goods is transferred to the buyer, taking into account the vulnerability of goods. The distributor will attempt to deliver the goods up to 3 times, otherwise the goods will remain in the distributor's premises under your own responsibility and expense and under the carrier’s general terms of storage. In case you have asked to pay with cash on delivery and you have not communicated with our Customer Care Team through the Contact us section for the receipt of the goods within 3 days from the failed delivery attempt to you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Availability

If the product of the order is not available for reasons of force majeure or chance for more than 30 days (after the confirmation of the order) as wholly indicative and not exhaustive due to deficiencies in production or an inability of the supplier, our Customer Support will contact the client to address the problem. Initially, it proposed a same product or another brand of the same product or a product from a different category or a substitute product. If the customer does not agree to go to another market, you will be offered a full refund within 30 days, without interest.

Gift cards
 
The Gift Card to third parties recipients can only be sent electronically, by e-mail (e-mail). The recipient's address & information, should be declared at the following e-mail address: sales@greenblu.gr. The user who will show us the other person to send the Gift Card is also responsible for the correctness of the data declared by us. Clarified that gift cards are not redeemed for cash or on delivery, but with other payment methods. This means that if your shopping cart includes Gift Card, You may not pay cash on delivery or cash, regardless of whether in your cart includes other products. Unable to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Gift Card per se, nor of the products purchased through the card.
 
Ask the recipient to verify that the Gift Card is not transferred to the spam or blocked by a firewall. If nothing has happened by this and can not see the e-mail message (e-mail), contact as soon as possible with our Customer Support through the section Contact Us. The Gift Card can, at your own request, be configured to be sent to the recipient at a specific future date.
 
The Gift Card shall indicate the total value of the prize (including VAT).
For each order you can use (redeem) only one Gift Card. The total value of the gift card must be used in an order, so you can not use (redeem) of the value of a gift card in an order and no oppressor can buy products of less value than the Gift Card.

Gift Orders

You can also order one or more gifts and send them to any desired recipient, simply by declaring  the address and recipient information, at the following e-mail address: sales@greenblu.gr, so that the product can be delivered directly to him. When sending packages with gifts to other recipients, make sure the recipient can receive gift packs and that, generally, the gift will not be held for any reason, unwanted or that it will be accepted upon delivery, otherwise the product will be sent to the billing address the risk and expense of the purchaser. Recall that in the case of sending gifts is not possible to pay on delivery.
